Candid + On set 25/8
Posted on 30 Jul 2009 by Sarah
Hey guys, sorry for not updating sooner!

Max was spotted visiting good friend Emma Roberts on the set of her new film, "Valentine's Day. An inside source says he was in talks to play Emma's boyfriend in the film, but due to scheduling conflicts the role went to Carter Jenkins. There's one image in the gallery of Max on the set...

Wes Craven (a.k.a director of 25/8) posted a pic on Twitter of himself, Max and another co-star. He also mentioned he'll be adding more pictures. Follow him: @WesCraven. If you didn't know, 25/8 wrapping filming a few months ago but they are re-shooting some scenes right now.

I'm back + updating site
Posted on 13 Jul 2009 by Sarah
Hey guys! I'm back from vacation and back from my break! Fiji was incredible - too incredible to describe in a few short sentences. I went skydiving... something everyone should experience in their lifetime!

Anyways, here is a new layout, featuring Max's newest photoshoot. Thanks to Neon Candy, it looks awesome! Also put up a new Gallery theme, thanks to RainonMe.net.

I'm still working out a few kinks/colors, and I'll also be updating all the pages of content on the site since its long overdue.

As for news with Max, I've been kind of out of touch for a little while now, haha, but basically I think we should start seeing a bit more stuff for 25/8 pretty quick, and then apparently Prodigy is still in pre-production so no news on that quite yet...

Let me know what you think of the new designs! (:

New Photoshoot
Posted on 13 May 2009 by Sarah
Hey everyone, yes, I'm alive! Sorry for not updating - there's been nothing to update with. But, a new photoshoot has been released and I added a total of 22 images to the gallery. Max is looking good! I'll be putting up a new layout hopefully within a few days featuring these new pictures.

I also added a bunch more pictures from the set of Chloe back in March. Check them out here.
Also, a poster has been revealed for Chloe, you can view it here.

Also, regarding some silly rumors, the candid pictures of "Max" on teenidols4you.com are NOT him. Anyone can post pictures on there, and the pictures of him kissing some girl, and on the beach are clearly NOT him, so quit posting the links for them! I also will NOT post any personal pictures of Max that are sent to me, so please don't bother. This is strictly a fansite for his work, so I won't be invading his personal life.

Last but not least, I won't be updating for a while (big surprise..haha), but this time I have a reason. I will be in Fiji for three weeks and won't be back til June 20th or so. Talk to you then! :)

Thieriot cast in new film, "Chloe"
Posted on 04 Mar 2009 by Sarah
[blockquote]Thieriot has been cast as the son of Julianne Moore and Liam Neeson in Chloe, a drama about a wife who hires a prostitute (Seyfried) to find out if her husband is cheating on her. THR doesn't say when the film is scheduled to get started, but rounding out the cast with Thieriot indicates that production may be getting close to starting. And it's hard to tell from this if this means a new, grown-up direction for Thieriot, but a movie about a prostitute sure is a far cry from Kit Kittredge: An American Girl. Given that Thieriot is 20, it's probably a good thing he's taking this next step forward. [/blockquote]

This new film has already begun shooting, and I added some images to the gallery of Max in Toronto on the set of "Chloe".

In other news, despite recent controversy/rumors, Max's film "25/8" will remain titled 25/8, according to this article. And they are hoping for a late 2009 release for it.

Last but not least, Max & his Kit Kittredge co-stars are nominated for a Young Artist Award for best performance in feature film. The awards will be held on March 29, though if Max is filming Chloe in Toronto, I doubt he will be in attendance.

Prodigy News!
Posted on 02 Feb 2009 by Sarah
Source [thanks Michael for the heads up!]

Rising star Danielle Panabaker told SCI FI Wire that she'll begin shooting Prodigy—an independent sci-fi action thriller—this summer in Spain.

"The movie takes place 40 years in the future, and it's about a high school where the kids are essentially bred to be the best of the best, you know, the smartest, the best-looking, the most talented and that kind of thing," Panabaker said in an interview Saturday in Beverly Hills, Calif., where she was promoting her upcoming movie Friday the 13th.

Panabaker will play a senator's daughter, "the love interest of the main character, played by Max Thieriot." Chuck Russell is directing from a script by Dave Kalstein, who adapted his own novel, for Intrepid Pictures.

In the film, the alumni of the school begin dying, and a rebellious student (Thieriot) teams up with an investigator to uncover what may be a massive conspiracy. (Thieriot also shot the lead role in Wes Craven's upcoming 25/8.)

"It's a big sort of action movie, ... which I'm really excited about," Panabaker adds.

Panabaker will get to do some real action in the movie, too, she says. "There's a month of fight training before we go," she says, adding: "I'm really excited to do ... an action movie, as a woman, you know. It's always fun to get to do something physical."

The movie will shoot in Valencia and Alicante in Spain, which will double for the film's Los Angeles setting. (Friday the 13th opens Feb. 13.)
